Yes. We work with a variety of precious metals, including Platinum (P950), 18ct Gold (750), 14ct Gold (585), 9ct Gold (375), and Sterling Silver (925). Each piece is engraved with the metal caratage, along with the Xemplare logo, manufacturing hallmark, and stone weight where applicable.

You may notice discreet laser markings on our jewellery.

  • “1.02” refers to a single centre stone weighing 1.02 carats
  • “TDW 1.00” means the Total Diamond Weight of all stones in the piece is 1.00 carat

These details are engraved to ensure transparency and authenticity.

In most cases, yes. Many of our rings are designed to allow resizing. We recommend having your ring size confirmed before purchase, but if an adjustment is needed, our expert jewellers can assist.

Yes, laser engraving is possible on selected pieces, provided there is sufficient space for the information.

Diamonds And Coloured Stones

Absolutely. Xemplare strictly adheres to the Kimberley Process and only sources diamonds from reputable suppliers who guarantee their stones are conflict-free. Every diamond is natural, ethically sourced, and untreated — unless otherwise clearly stated.

For significant gemstone pieces, yes. We recommend and can provide certification from trusted gemological laboratories upon request. We pride ourselves on sourcing vibrant, natural, and high-quality gemstones with integrity.

Yes. All our diamonds over 0.30 carats come with a GIA  certificate

No, we only work with natural, untreated, ethically sourced, mined diamonds.

Shipping And Tracking

Our standard manufacturing time is approximately 4 weeks, with an additional 1 week for shipping. Bespoke or highly specialised designs may take longer, especially if CAD development or rare materials are involved. Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm an estimated dispatch date and keep you updated along the way.

Yes, we offer insured express shipping Australia-wide.

Yes, we ship with FedEx internationally a secure, tracked, and insured courier service.

All shipments are fully insured until signed for by the recipient.

In-stock items: 1- 2 day to process the payment, then allow one business day for capital cities and environs and possibly two business days for more regional locations

Custom orders: 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity
International orders may vary based on location. We can confirm these details with you once we know the details of your order and location.

Expedited shipping is available on select items; same-day shipping is offered only for in-stock items and within certain locations. Orders must be received before 12.00pm AEST. These requests will need to be confirmed by Xemplare.

Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet shipped. Please notify us as soon as possible.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Returns

We accept returns on ex-stock, unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable. Loose diamonds are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Note: You are liable for the insurance on the return shipment until it has been received by Xemplare. If you are unable to insure the parcel we can do it for you at a cost of AU$25 Australia wide or AU$100 for any International return. This will then be deducted from the refund.

Caring For Your Jewellery

Jewellery is designed to be worn and treasured — but it also needs care. We recommend:

  • Storing pieces separately in soft pouches or lined compartments
  • Avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
  • Removing jewellery during physical activity, swimming, or household chores
  • Regular checks for loose stones or wear on claws and settings

Yes — but with care. Use a soft, lint-free cloth and warm soapy water (no harsh chemicals). Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for delicate pieces or those with gemstones. For a thorough clean and check, we recommend an annual service with a professional jeweller.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and bank transfers.

 Yes, we offer interest-free instalments with Afterpay.

Absolutely. Our website is built on Shopify and uses the most advanced encryption and authentication processes provided by Stripe. 

Certification And Warranty

Our official invoice provides all the technical details required to fulfil this requirement.  We can also, on request provide a valuation certificate.

Yes, all pieces come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Cancellations And Returns

Modifications or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of having placed the order.  Check our Shipping & Returns policy.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International customers may be subject to import taxes or customs duties depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Repairs and Maintenance

Repair times vary by complexity but typically range from 2 to 6 weeks. Once we receive the job we will be able to confirm the delivery timeframe more accurately, also discuss the requirements and costs before proceeding.
