YOUR RING / FINGER SIZE

It’s important to ensure you know your ring size when making a special ring order. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement we strongly advise that you visit our nearest Xemplare partner to assist in measuring your ring size.

Using a cable tie or a piece of string is not accurate!

Xemplare is not responsible if the incorrect size has been ordered. There may be costs involved in the case of a special order that needs to be resized or remade.

Note:

Not all designs can be resized. To ensure there is no damage to gemstones or the material it may be required to remake the design.

Important:

Unless otherwise stated, the ring size is measured through the centre at the base of the ring, with the ring being firmly placed on the ring measuring stick. For further accuracy especially when measuring wide bands we may reference the leading edge of the ring.

Finger Size Comparisons

The British system is mostly what we use in Australia and New Zealand. measurements can be further subdivided into half sizes. eg. N1/2 or N+.
