At Xemplare, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewellery. All pieces are guaranteed against faults in workmanship or metal integrity, including latent stress corrosion, porosity, or structural failure, excluding reasonable wear and tear.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault is identified, Xemplare reserves the right to either repair or replace the item at no cost to the purchaser.
All goods supplied by Xemplare are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. This does not include reasonable wear and tear.
In the event than an item is shown to be faulty Xemplare reserves the right to either repair or replace the item at no cost to the purchaser.
Xemplare adheres to the law as specified by The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — which is part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and enforced by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) and state/territory fair trading regulators.

If the item has been damaged by the purchaser, then the guarantee will be void. Xemplare will make every effort to repair or replace the item at minimal cost to the purchaser. A quotation for work to be carried out will be furnished in advance.
This warranty will be void if the item has been damaged through misuse, accidental damage, or if it has been altered or repaired by a third-party jeweller not authorised by Xemplare. In such cases, we will gladly assess the piece and, where possible, provide a quotation for repair or replacement at a minimal cost.
All assessments and quotations will be provided prior to any work being undertaken.
